The management team of our company consists of the following three partners :

We are involved in doing heavy jobs like heavy plate folding, shearing and fabrication works. Apart from the regular profiles we also specialize in HARDOX plate folding and do a lot of SHORING & PILING sheet bending work.

INFRASTRUCTURE

We have spacious factory premises about 13,000 Sq.ft in area which includes a 7000 Sq.ft shed with compound walls for safety, security and ability to accommodate larger works based on your requirements. Our machinery is well equipped and well maintained to produce quality work within the designated time frame. Our competent and experienced manpower is well trained to work on all machines. Fully satisfied consumers who repeatedly come back to us speak of the service quality that we are able to deliver.

Our Facilities include:

1. 1000 Tons, 10 mts long Hydraulic Press Break - This machine is used for bending plates upto 50mm thickness of Mild Steel and lengths upto 10 mts. You can refer to our gallery section to see some of the complex jobs performed with the help of this machine.

2. 650 Tons, 6 mts long Hydraulic Press Break - This machine is similar to the above, except its working is faster and can be used for mass production of job works upto 6mts in length.

3. 4mts length Shearing Machine - which is open ended on both sides and hence we are able to shear upto 8 mts in length over double stroke upto 8mm in thickness. We can also shear upto 3mts in length of 10mm Mild Steel material.

4. 2nos. of 400 Amps. MIG Welding machine (ESAB & Panasonic makes) and 2 Nos. of Arc Welding machines - which can be used for heavy duty fabrication to meet our customer’s requirement.

5. 8 MT inhouse Escort Crane - for Handling Heavy jobs.

6. Other machines also include PUG Cutting Torch, Gas cutting, Grinding, Drilling etc.

We also have a 3 Acre land (400 feet x 300 feet) in Thiruvottriyur where we can undertake bigger fabrication jobs as and when needed. Our capacity to carry out shearing, folding and fabrication under one roof is boon for some of our customers as it saves them the time, energy and most importantly money due to the elimination of transportation from one premise to another. We are also competent in sourcing any steel raw material (Sheets/Plates either in Mild Steel quality or Special High Tensile Grade) which may be required for your job work. Our team of well qualified, trained and experienced workers who have been associated with us for the last 20 years are our main assets. We have had long association with our customers to perform specialized jobs.
